You have permission not have to necessarily enjoy everything your spouse enjoys. She doesn't like watching the horror movies, so I typically watch those by myself. She watches stupid rom-coms, shit like Friends, what's an all honesty can be funny at times because I was back when TV or sitcoms were at least quirky and somewhat enjoyable, and it's got its own weird classic feeling of a golden age.
I don't have to enjoy a stupid show about caricature of what's supposed to be a southern sports coach running a gay soccer team in the UK. He almost sound like one of those Star Wars people. I just made some comments about it and then you're all up in arms.
I tried to give it a chance and I thought it was shit. I know it's popular but there's a lot of really bad stuff out there that's popular.
The two of us can enjoy different things and there's a lot of stuff that we both enjoy together, doesn't mean it has to be everything.
I know I made a threat about it not too long ago, but Detectorists that's probably one of the greatest British shows we've ever watched together, animal typically rewatch it once a year. It's so much fun.
Hell, I got her to try Battlestar Galactica, and to my surprise she really enjoyed the hell out of it. Point being is you can be honest, when you can share your opinion, and if you don't like it you don't like it.
If you like that stupid show, good for you. Enjoy!
