This is awesome. The guide on my last upper gauley trip wanted to try this on the last rapid of the day, fuzzy box of kittens. Many of the guides intentionally flip their raft in this rapid because it's the end of the run with a safe swim after it, and it' incredibly easy to flip the raft there. Anyhow, it was too cold the day we went, and nobody really wanted to voluntarily take a swim, with a 45 minute ride back to camp. That'd have been a cold bus ride. Gonna try to go earlier this season, so if it's warm enough maybe we'll get a chance to try this.
