This is just basic safety, the missing part is marked walkway inside. Every major manufacturing plant and warehouse this a rule that could get you fired for breaking. I spent so much time in plants, years later, I leave my barn through the man door even when the overhead door is open just out of habit.

I've worked logistics and warehousing so long it took me way too long to see what this gif was getting at. Kept seeing if the forklift hit something but no.
