This is a failure of the asshole behind to realize that the driver with the camera was obeying proper passing lane etiquette and getting out of the way. Impatient asshole is impatient (and in this case bouncing off a concrete wall, which also indicates they don't know how to properly control their car). And this concludes my "grumpy old man" moment for the day.
