Next gen will be 2nd gen of AMD APU's. If it was coming out in 4 years I could see the 7nm Vega gpu, but it's like 2 years out, meaning the Ryzen 2nd gen APU is infinitely more likely. Sony and Microsoft have already been hopscotching over each other with various AMD APU's for the last two of their console revisions because it's massively cheaper to produce, smaller footprint, and unified cooling designs, vs having a discrete GPU. Given their designs already encompass this, there's no reason to go back on that. Until GPU costs tank, which isn't going to happen.

RAM is completely believable.

No fucking way they'd drop an NVMe M2 in there unless prices tank. More likely a base model SSD, or a 2-3TB HDD, or possibly a combo.

Raytracing will be software supported, doesn't mean it'll be usable.

wow RDR 2 has shipped 23m copies so far, i expected it to do decent but that is just insane. Yeah this is sold-in (to retailers) vs sold-thru (to consumers) but every single one of those copies on shelves will sell to users in the next 2 months i'm sure. This is all with RDR Online being a total snooze fest, if they implement RDR1 and bank heists like the rumor is, maybe someday it'll come close to GTA 5 which is at ~100m copies sold.
