We are starting to get european numbers! PS4 sold 250k consoles in the first 48h in the UK, making it the most successful console launch ever (previous best was 185k for PSP, XB1 did about 150k). As a side note, to underline just how anti-Nintendo the UK still is, the PS4 already sold there more than the WiiU and Knack sold more than the new Super Mario!
Looking at those prices, you aren't saving a dime.

so that is 634 buck, with microsoft complete being 59.99 for the xbox one.

If this generation mimicks the last one, then the most installed console user base will be the standard for which all games are developed. Personally I think the 360s weaker hardware last generation led to a lot of stagnation in game development because of this fact. IF the xbox one falls behind the ps4 this gen, they could be relegated to receiving inferior versions of every major multiplat title for this entire generation, much like Sony was stuck with last gen.
That's why it matters I think, more than anything. These two companies are battling for which console will be considered the standard against which games are developed and if that standard becomes the ps4, with its slightly better hardware, then the xbox one could suffer for this entire generation as a result. That will hurt its sales for years.

Plenty of states don't have internet sales tax yet... And they're the only one doing any discount on bundles, its a huge win in that regard since you'd have to compare against MSRP for online vendors.
Plus you skipped the benefit I mentioned of one package so you don't have to worry about getting 6 separate items hidden from their recipient, etc.
