I got a good 8-10 hours out of Tower of Guns last month. So that's something.

What I've learned in the past year as a ps+ subscriber is never ever buy an indie on release unless it's something real special. You'll be getting it for free within 12 months anyway.

PS+ on PS3 was almost all AAA stuff. Sadly, we have quite a long time to go before PS4 has a breadth of AAA games ready for PS+ freebie status.

I haven't enjoyed much of the PS+ offerings on PS4 but it is to be expected. I did get significant play time out of Don't Starve, the DLC from Infamous and Binding of Issac. Played a few of the others for a couple hours or so. Well worth the investment just for that. PS3 obviously is a better deal but its much closer to its end of life cycle for regular gamers.

To be fair though, they really didn't start PS+ as it was until 2-3 years into PS3.

First year or so I had it it was all PS1 Classics
