the prices are good all day at microsoft stores if you have one near you, also the stock goes in and out (battlefront is currently in stock but blops 3 is oos). I'd say tomb raider, blops 3, and battlefront are worth it under $40 if you are ok with trading them in, since halo 5/battlefront/tomb raider are all games you will be done with after 30 hours or so. also best buy is running b2g1f on all new games this week, and they changed it to INCLUDE fallout 4 and battlefront so that may be better - $33/game if you buy 3 with GCU, can do as many as you want in multiples of 3.

the best buy deal of the day is $299 ps4 too, comes with destiny taken king. sparrow league unlocks tuesday for all taken king users.

OneOfOne - I'd recommend Battlefront, no story just shooting. Diablo 3 is really good too. You may enjoy black ops 3 or hate the fast TTKs / maps. Dying Light is a great single player zombie game. GTA5 is awesome. I wouldn't recommend Assassins Creed Syndicate, its got some of the story elements you didn't like in uncharted. You will definitely want to check out Bloodborne and Dark Souls 2 at some point.

Anyone got daughters and tried the infinity stuff for PS3? How does it work? My 3yo loves the figurines. So, what do they do?

Same as any other of the Skylanders, Amibo etc playsets. The figures have a cradle they sit in while connected to the console, and then they can play that character in game.

I got the frozen one for my little daughter, and she loves it.

you may wanna check out lego dimensions instead, my kids are too old but neighbors kids are 5-8 and he said they prefer that now to infinity stuff. they are not compatible with each other. the lego ones are a bit more interactive too, in that there is a lego pad where you can build stuff (it doesn't actually care what you build, just suggests "build a house to get past this puzzle!" etc). its more fun to play with multiple people too imo

I was at bestbuy and saw a TV with some of that lego stuff playing. Made me laugh and stay watching when it showed Lego versions of Doctor Who

Absolutely can't wait to start gaming with my kids. Oldest is 2.5. At what age is this stuff meant for? Never looked into it, but only have a ps4 so would be the infinity stuff or Lego dimensions I guess? Amiibo are for the wii?

Definitely Wii, at 3 years old. They will just figure it out themselves you really don't have to show them much.

Kids are really into handhelds tho. So I would just buy them a DS, but expect to buy a couple of them haha

Spronk may have beat me on this one but there is a sweet gaming deal at Best Buy if you were on the fence with any games.

You can buy 2 get a third free - it includes Fallout 4, Battlefront, Blops 3, Just Cause 3, and really a shitload more. The big thing is is it also stacks with gamers club. So if you are new to gamers club you can get 2 games for $47.99 (20% discount) stacked with Gamer club for $30, and get three games and gamers club for the price of two games. If you already have gamers club, you can get two games at $47.99 a piece and get the third free.

Oh what a glorious day gentleman.

I used the registry code and my Target REDCard on a $299 PS4 Uncharted bundle during the black friday deals and it also came with a free copy of The Last of Us and a promo code for $25 off a PS+ 1 year subscription. Got it for something like ~265 after taxes.

It came today and didn't have the promo code or The Last of Us. I called and they stonewalled me pretending it wasn't a bundle, I had to add the other shit to my cart individually. Fuck you Target. So I called back a little later and they told me they couldn't give me those other items. Instead they are refunding $75.00 to my credit card.

TL;DR Just got a PS4 Uncharted bundle for less than $200.

Had been debating the two most recent Telltales for PS4, and there they are when I've got loads of credit sitting to be used, score.
