Well, I think the impact on the game was likely minimal (and many other teams do similar things), but it is never the crime that gets you. It is always the cover up. And if Tom was non-cooperative with the investigation, then the Commish will very likely make a big example out of him, just not in a way that affects the Cheatriots season in any tangible manner. Remember the entire Seattle secondary getting caught red handed doping and having their suspensions staggered over the season? Yeah the guy who said Brady sits out the Week 7 Bucs game was exactly right.

Either way the damage is done as far as the Public goes. Just look at the Saints. People still call them cheaters even tho they had a really good team the year they won the Superbowl.

The only people that give a shit are the butt hurt fans of teams that didn't win. The whole * thing is pretty hilarious and until they go and take Big B's rings away in some kind of death penalty then it really doesn't fucking matter. He is going to be a first round ballot for the HoF, as will Brady and in 20 years no one will fucking care just like no one cares about the Dolphins 17-0. It just won't be relevant.
