That's because every Mexican in California (that used to root for the Raiders) hopped on the bandwagon in 2011. Prior to that, the 49er fan base was mostly comprised of Faulty Armors and old, drunk white guys.

If the 49ers continue their glorious descent back to obscurity, I expect a lot of them will jump ship. Especially if the Raiders go back to L.A.

It is pretty funny that people think that 49er fans are thugs now since for as long as I can remember the Raiders fans have made fun of 49er fans for eating quiche and drinking wine at their tailgate parties and in general being pussies.

"We took the additional step of speaking to general counsel at AT&T to determine if the company could somehow retrieve all those text message, and he wrote letter back saying that's not possible, and we gave that letter to the commissioner as well," Yee told La Canfora.

So Brady knew for a fact he was going to court that early in the process? After they had been tapped on the wrist for their previous cheating scandal? With the relationship Kraft supposedly had with Goodell? With him laughing about it the day after the Colts blowout? With the national and local media acting like it wasn't no big thing for the past 6 months?Are you a KIDDING ME? Lol! he thought he would get away with this like they always do.

Also, the court will look at if this was a fair hearing. It won't look at every fact. It won't determine if he's guilty or not. They don't give a shit. They just want to make sure that fair standards were applied during this arbitration. That is it.

Edit- if Brady was so forthcoming and the phone wasn't an issue, why did he want the records sealed in his deal with the NFL? Try harder Azeth. This is too easy.
