This is correct, no penalty goes over 15 yards, ever, in college. Now, if something is totally egregious they could choose to throw 2 flags, a PI and tack on a personal foul on top of that for another 15 yards or something. That pretty much never happens though, you'd have to basically spear a defenseless receiver in the head and knock them out or something to get a call like that.
If a player with a clear path to the end zone is interfered with by someone on the opposing sideline not in play, a touchdown shall be awarded. No matter if the player is 15 or 90 yards away. Just wanted to let you know, since you said no penalty goes over 15.

Darrell Green and Bo Jackson were the two fastest players in the NFL. Green ran a 4.2 at the age of 40. The dude even ran the 100 meters in 10.08 seconds when he was in college.

Lol Dez. Turns out the man-child is a moron, who would've seen that coming. The only good thing Jeff Ireland did was call his mother a whore and his dad a pimp.

Pretty late in the day and nothing has materialized. There's a lot of speculation but most of what I gather is that this is a video that's like 8 years old, which predates him even being at OKS. It's also apparently something Adam Schefter has been chasing since last September.

Is it just me, or does it seems like teams can't win a Super Bowl while paying a QB $20mil a year? That just eats up too much money that you need to spend elsewhere to build a great team. Flacco gets a big contract, and they haven't been the same since. Brees gets a huge contract a couple years ago and they've done nothing since. New England was getting to the playoffs but not winning the big game while Brady was one of the top paid QBs in the league. He takes a pay cut a year or two ago and BAM, super bowl win. Aaron Rogers gets a huge deal after winning the Super Bowl and they haven't been back since. 49ers haven't been the same since giving Kaeprnick his huge deal.

It's kind of a catch 22, everyone wants an elite QB to get them to the Super Bowl, but if you pay one what he is truly worth, it's damn hard to have a team that's good enough to get there and win it.

Seattle is about to have to make that decision. They aren't going to be able to keep all of their defensive stars if they give Wilson 15-20mil a year, like he'll be able to get in free agency.
Except they haven't paid Flacco $20 mil against the cap any year and they never will after they inevitably rework the deal next year. The team was very good last season, all things considered, in every aspect except the secondary which was totally injuries and absolutely no part of it was money.

Kaepernick's deal was incredibly friendly to the team, I fail to see how more money changes their season. They had a single down season and now its all because of Kaep's contract? Baltimore went 8-8 (some teams' fans dream of eight wins) in 2013 with literally the worst O-line in the league. Revamped the line and the rush and the team goes right back to the playoffs. All Flacco's fault! GB was in the fucking conference championship and only lost due to stupid ass coaching and a dipshit move on special teams.

All of the teams you mentioned (exception NO, not so sure on them) have a history of drafting well and choosing value at every position rather than big money contracts and big stars. Seattle has built itself the same way, remains to be seen what happens going forward but any cap problems the Ravens have right now are due to Suggs (who restructured) Webb (most people never heard of) Pitta (something's going to give there) Ngata (will be gone this offseason) and Rice (we got fucked on that one but who saw it coming). Flacco has nothing to do with any of it at all. Everytime we cut someone here comes the retard brigade saying Flacco killed the team.

Meanwhile we will cut overpaid Jacoby who went back to being an only above average returner with ball security problems and not even a number four WR last year and the team will do what it always does to reload and be in contention come December.

More Eagles/Mariota rumors - Eagles attempting to trade up to #1?

Using the RGIII trade as an example, Washington swapped picks that year with St. Louis, then gave them 2 future 1st rounders and 1 future 2nd rounder, and that was only to go from 6 to 2. Eagles are currently sitting at 20 and if they want to move all the way up to #1, god only knows what that would take.
They'll be trading with Tennessee and taking the #2 pick, at least from everything I've seen and read as a Bucs fan we're set on Jameis Winston at #1. Though I'd love if they'd traderape the living fuck out of Philly and get their 1st and 2nd for this year, next year, and maybe a 3rd round pick in in there too.

Though with Mariota and Kelly together at the helm? Those Eagles future first round picks would be 32nd picks anyway. Mwahah!

He is the Prince who was Promised!!!!

Though I have to agree, the Bucs should leverage the situation, take the Eagles to the cleaners, then use some of their spoils to trade right back up and grab Winston anyway.

49ers haven't been the same since giving Kaeprnick his huge deal.
To be fair, the 49ers mistake was cutting Smith for Krapernick in the first place, it wouldn't matter if they were paying him 6 figures instead of 7/8 whatever he's getting. Everyone says how much better he is than Smith but don't forget that the Smith everyone loves to hate was like 7/2 when they decided to bench him for the scrubbier scrub.

*Please don't take this post to mean that I think Smith is a great QB, I just think he's better than Krapernick.

That's what I'm afraid of. The last thing I'd want is a division rival stockpiling a shitload of picks.

god I hope not.. I've heard McCoy to Oakland and 2 1sts for their pick. This shit worries me with all the bust at QB positions

Latest on the "Dez Video":NFL Media releases 2011 Wal-Mart incident report involving Dez Bryant | ProFootballTalk

I like how this is all out there with the caveat of "we really don't know what happened" and is banking on a surveillance video that no one has seen apparently showing a "black man" dragging a woman from one car to another. With the implication that, because Dez showed up later, that he's involved and is possible the black man in question.

Oh, and it happened 4 years ago.

Sounds like a non story. I doubt Wal-mart keeps 4 year old security footage either, that's even assuming it exists and isn't potato quality.

Considering all the fuss over Deflategate and all the rampant bullshit about how the ball guy was a master saboteur who deflated all their balls in his 90 second piss break caught on video, Dez is guilty. Permanent ban from NFL now plz, kthx. Evidence is not necessary.
