It also won't help RG3's legs aren't the only thing prone to injury dude is so mentally weak I could see the Skins starting 0-3/0-4 and shit completely spiraling out of control.

I'd probably take a healthy Bradford or even Sanchez behind a good line over RG3. I think Cousins is the better QB at this point too but there's legit evidence he might not be very good overall either, but probably still better than Griffin.

Eli Manning wants to become NFL highest-paid player with next contract - ESPN

Quarterback Eli Manning, who is engaged in contract extension talks with the New York Giants, is seeking to become the NFL's highest-paid player with his next contract, the NFL Network is reporting.

Giants owner John Mara has said that he hopes to have his franchise quarterback signed by the start of the season or soon after, but the NFL Network reports a "significant gap" remains between the team and Manning in negotiations.

Manning, whose contract expires after this season, is scheduled to make $17 million in base salary this season. Aaron Rodgers' deal, which he signed two years ago, tops the market with an average annual value of $22 million...

He should just wait a season, since this is one of those years where they slip into the playoffs, Eli remembers how to play QB, and then they beat the patriots on some amazing/miracle play with 30 seconds left in the super bowl.

Eli Manning reportedly wants to be player in the game | ProFootballTalk

So if the Giants use the franchise tag on Manning in 2016, he?ll make 20 percent more than $19.75 million. Which (abacus engaged) equates to $23.7 million. Which is $1.7 million more than the current high-water mark of $22 million per year, set by Aaron Rodgers in 2013.

And that?s assuming the Giants simply use the non-exclusive version of the franchise tag. If they go exclusive, the number for 2016 will be closer to $25 million.

So why wouldn?t Eli want more than $22 million on a long-term deal?
If that info is correct doesn't seem so far fetched to me.

I hate some of the shit Chip does, but he has an ability to make players look really fucking good. If Bradford stays healthy, he will be a QB teams are dreading to play against. We have 2 solid young WR's and a lethal backfield of pass catching RB's. He's going to put up numbers, he has the arm to make all the throws.
Bradford might be a better comparison to Pantheon than Okafor now that I think about it.

49ers WYTSis amazing. Probably my favorite one so far.
Right in the feels man. This article isn't satire, just 100% cold hard facts. Especially this:

What might not suck:Have I not already been clear about this team's prospects? Hope is for suckers. Hope is how they lured you to the Jeanhole to watch a game to begin with.
Even the Browns had a legitimate "What might not suck" in their WYTS. God I hope my fantasy football teams is good this year.

Does Tomsula really deserve all this talk about how dumb he is? Or are people just butthurt about Harbaugh getting fired and somebody they don't know getting hired?

I was at a BBQ a couple weeks ago and I was talking about how the Bengals @ 49ers SNF will definitely get flexed (it's the one before Christmas). A friend was like, "Yeah, no way Bengals will be good enough for that". I didn't even correct him. I didn't know I was friends with Kirun.

He does sound pretty goofy when he does press conferences sometimes. But he probably hasn't gotten a fair shake, a combination of losing Harbaugh plus remembering the Singletary years has left us fans pretty jaded. A lot of the ire directed towards him is more a product of a lack of faith in Jed York. There is just no way we can believe York found some diamond-in-the-rough coach, what he really found was the cheapest option out there.

I don't think Eli Manning should get 22 mill a year, but if he had an O line that could protect him for any reason and more than 1.5 receivers, he might be okay. Remember that Philly Giants game where he got sacked like 5 times IN A ROW. Shit was embarrassing.
