Here is a little inside scoop for you BW. Ask your "contacts" how much money they spent on Weta to do their cinematic trailers and when they got them back in house everyone at the table coherently said, "What the fuck is this?"
Dude, like I said - I don't give a shit about your inside drama scoops. It will be interesting to read a post mortem someday, by someone who was actually there, but for now, I'm just gonna see what comes out on release day or at least open beta when they've got all the systems in.Utnayan: Here is a little inside scoop for you BW. I'll say this: based on beta, not even close.
Utnayan aside, this is why some people here don't like your posts : you're promoting the game with ESO's official marketing material, tell people they're wrong "and I know it because I'm in the beta" and then when they ask you why you think they're wrong, you throw NDA at their faces, using it like some magical powerup wild card. If you don't want to talk about beta stuff, then don't. Saying you're in beta doesn't give you a special status here, especially when you're being a little bitch about it, if you would pardon my French. Can't really elaborate. The end resultis that it feels very different. Hopefully can share more soon.
Fair enough - I won't mention it again. I'm irritated that I said what I did.Utnayan aside, this is why some people here don't like your posts : you're promoting the game with ESO's official marketing material, tell people they're wrong "and I know it because I'm in the beta" and then when they ask you why you think they're wrong, you throw NDA at their faces, using it like some magical powerup wild card. It really has nothing to do with you being the Beta and everything to do with the fact that ESO end game PvP is pretty much exactly the same as GW 2 and you are hiding behind your "oh I've said to much" which is absolutely nothing. They've already officially said what End game PvP consists of and it is the same as GW 2 but worse.Fair enough - I won't mention it again. I'm irritated that I said what I did.
You evaded his question under the guise of a clever counter-question instead of giving an answer, and now you're calling him out on it? That's bold even for you, Ut.You failed to answer any questions. Which build are you referring to. I listed the three ongoing at the moment. Which one have you played or/playing?
Plot twist: they are Millie altsWhat if we are all getting trolled with UT and Blackwulf being the same poster ? Has anyone ever seen them in the same room together ?
Five days. You evaded his question under the guise of a clever counter-question instead of giving an answer, and now you're calling him out on it? That's bold even for you, Ut.
Here is a simple question for you that can be answered with one word: How many weeks ago was the last time you played any version of TESO yourself?
Yeah, this is one of my top concerns. I want there to be realm loyalty like in daoc. I'm just hoping they make changing campaigns very difficult. It can have WoW fluid animations and response and still won't change the fact the "massive persistent PVP" is instanced lobbies with multiple ways to change said instance.
Sorta makes anything else have a good chance of being stupid too unfortunately.
You've just proven you are a straight up fucken liar. Only a few posts ago you sat there and told me end game PVP is VASTLY different to GW 2 but you've just admitted you have no idea how they are going to implement campaigns/instances in ESO. You have absolutely no more information on PvP then what has been officially announced. I'm glad you've made it even clearer that you are full of shit.Yeah, this is one of my top concerns. I think the megaserver is a good idea: no ghost town servers, balanced faction numbers, etc, but it does cause this problem with instanced cyrodiil. I was trying to think of a good solution: maybe they can make you choose a campaign from a list of underpopulated campaigns with a new character, and that would be permanent. Course, what if your friends are on a campaign that is capped for your faction?
They put themselves in a bit of a pickle here.
Here's hoping they come up with something clever.
I've already admitted quite a while ago that I was in the level 50 cyrodiil test around a month ago. I am telling you it does not feel like GW2, as much as they sound similar on paper. End of my comments on that matter. You've just proven you are a straight up fucken liar. Your connections are a lot better than I thought! So you're playing their internal build? That's pretty awesome...Five days.

Calm down, dude.
And this right here proves how ignorant you are of the entire beta. You do realize there are three separate access levels right now correct? Maybe not. Looks like you aren't privy to one of them.Your connections are a lot better than I thought! So you're playing their internal build? That's pretty awesome...

As I said, there are three betas. You do comprehend 1) Internal. 2) Friends/Family/Press. 3) Public phase/weekendsAs of 09/24 at 6pm EDT the ESO beta forums are currently unavailable. Please keep an eye on your inbox for future invites. See you soon!
..... like I said, you have better connections than I thought.
What's the confusion? You must be in 1 or 2, so your connections are better than I thought. Congrats!/\/\ Vanguard had a better development cycle... Zenimax Online's management makes Jeff Butler and Brad McQuaid look like Shane Dabiri.

Correct?
It isn't that hard.
