I'm 75% sure the people who say sweet n sour is bad haven't tried it. They probably think it's some PF Changs garbage. No. No no no. This is the nectar of the gods. This is God Tier. This is what fucking Zeus dipped mortals in before devouring them on Mount Olympus. It's fucking amazing and anyone who doesn't think so is LITERALLY BROKEN.

Negative - at least when it comes to McD's nuggets - I do like their Sweet & Sour on some other nuggets (I'll stash some for use on Chik-Fil-A nuggets that are more savory for example - better than CFA's Polynesian IMO), but theirs don't need sweet, sweet is overkill for them. It would be like dipping Oreo's in Maple Syrup to me, way too far on the sweet side of the spectrum for a protein.

I vaguely remember trying it. If I remember correctly, it hits a tone, a niche, that I don't seek
I haven't tried hot mustard

Anyway, I went back..
It's good and worth trying. It's heat is just barely topped with the pickles. The texture is pleasing.
Bounce in ranch and I barely resisted eating all.
Door handle perfectly holds both containers.

Ranch was a surpriser. I had said they needed to fix it. Well this pack was what I wanted, thinner and smoother.
However, I got home and opened other packs, and each one varied in consistency. Some were thicker and some thinner. (But none as thick as a year-ago sauce)

I like to eat my McNugs au natural. Can't improve on the already perfect flavor.

I will agree McDonalds Sweet & Sour is solid, but I am telling you the Sweet Chili was the best.

When it comes to Nuggets though Chik Fil A nuggets with their Honey Mustard stands mountains above McD

I hate to admit it but I usually get barbecue sauce with my nuggets. Not because it tastes that great, but I think it's just a reminder of my childhood which is the entire purpose of eating McNuggets in the first place. I usually get some sweet and sour or buffalo too, but I wind up mostly eating the barbecue sauce.

Anyone else ever dip their pizza into ranch dressing? I had a fat friend back in middle school and he did this. I tried it back then and it was surprisingly really good. I don't do it anymore but every now and again I'll get a craving for a domino's pizza (I'd never do it with a legit quality pizza) and some ranch.

Fuck yeah man, pepperoni pizza dipped in ranch dressing is the tits. Pizza hut sold a pizza for a while that was rectangular and cut into strips the perfect size for dipping, and it came with a cup of ranch dipping sauce. So good.

Pro tip: pepperoni pizza rolls + a bottle of refridgerated ranch dressing is not only DELICIOUS, but also the coolness of the ranch eliminates (well, lessens) the lava scorch of roll sauce squirt on the roof of your mouth.

actually CFA's poly sauce just plain sucks... really only CFA's CFA sauce is good, their bbq sauce is good, but sucks when compared to Wendy's BBQ sauce.

as far as nuggets? CFAs nuggets will always be the best taste, but lately my nuggets have been jacked. I'll get some rotund shitty shit that just gets stuck in the sauce cuz the breading doesn't stick well to the nugget and the shit just sits there. Fuck, in order to enjoy CFA nuggets, i've gone to using forks, you shouldn't have to compromise nuggets in this way.

which is why Mcdees always uniform and structurally sound nuggets are the best experience (taste is really 2nd best to CFA, if you don't have a CFA, Mcdee nuggets at a busy Mcdees is god tier for you). the breading has super co-hesion w/ the meat, and is formed in such a way that you can get a great dunk in the sauce w/o losing your shit.

I would gladly exchange all the weird sauces we get here for regular Sweet and Sour on the menu, the only full-time sauces they have here are BBQ and Mustard.

All throughout the 90s everybody did this. Well over 70% of the table.
I hated ranch the first 20+ years of my life (I was the kid that are everybody else's leftovers and I wouldn't touch ranch befouled abominations)
I haven't tried it since - actually forgot about it until your post.

On second thought, Walmart has a chicken bacon ranch pizza that's really good. Not the same, but my interests have been piqued.

I had nuggets with the saracha Mac sauce last night and that was pretty good. Going to try the saracha big Mac some time this week
