The menu hasn't changed that much tho. They recently brought back some of the old classics that they shouldn't have taken away in the first place. What's your issue? Prices? No this Taco Bell was amazing.

I dunno, I'm currently angry with them again for taking Nacho Fries out again. You take that back. Taco Bell is still amazing.

The food usually comes in garbage condition and is pretty expensive now. Can go to Moe's, Chipotle, etc for the same price.Taco Bell Says It Might Make This Fan-favorite Side a Permanent Menu Item
Taco Bell CEO Mark King shared that the fast food chain is seriously considering adding the fries to its permanent menu to attract more lunch customers.www.foodandwine.com
Anyway, if the worst complaint about a fast food joint is that they have limited time only SIDE dishes that you wish they kept perennially, I think they're doing pretty well.

Yeah I mean. Arby's Phenomena. Your Mileage May Vary from location to location. My local Taco Bell is FIRE.The food usually comes in garbage condition and is pretty expensive now. Can go to Moe's, Chipotle, etc for the same price.

At the Taco Bell I used to work at (in Mount Pleasant, Michigan), customer complaints made to the 1-800 comment number were taken seriously. If you genuinely want the place to change, just keep calling and leaving honest comments about specific things that make you unhappy. I'm sure there's some stores that just have shitty RGMs (restaurant general manager) but often what's going on is a lazy assistant manager or shift manager that has just been flying under the radar letting their crew half ass shit.Mine seems to be only be minorities who don't give a fuck about anything.
I might do that if I ever go back but had basically decided Taco Bell was dead to me.At the Taco Bell I used to work at (in Mount Pleasant, Michigan), customer complaints made to the 1-800 comment number were taken seriously. Yeah it might sound weird, but too many customers are willing to just write a place off instead of complain. Or if they do complain they go to a third party website on the internet to do it, instead of complaining directly to the store. Truly, tho, most RGMs don't want their stores to be like that. And having repeated documented complaints about specific crews gives them more ammo if they want to fire people instead of try to retrain them / get them to give a shit.I might do that if I ever go back but had basically decided Taco Bell was dead to me.
Locally owned, a family that owns a bunch of the local Taco Bells in mid-Michigan. The one right across from campus on Mission St. Some weekend nights we would have lines of drunk college students literally stretching out the door. Honestly was a really fun job. I was the only person on the crew that could handle being order taker for those shifts without either getting frustrated or getting customer complaints. Drunk sorority chicks get REAL pissy when you make them wait for their three orders of cheesy fiesta potatoes lol.Was that a corporate store? I think one issue is, many of the less than steller ones are franchises, and from my experience, they don't care...well, some of them anyway.
Edit: Mt. Pleasant? I'm heading that way in May to see Chicago perform and donate money to the casino.

Taco Bell makes shit work. Well, shitters anyways. This is the way. Pretty much every other option is superior to TacoBell in every way shape and form now from pricing to quality. No double decker tacos, no choco tacos, no volcano taco, no dollar menu, all that is left is trash ans garbage. It isn't just taco bell KFC and PizzaHut have fallen into the shitter since the 90s as well it's YumBrands as a whole who are failures.
Moe's, Chipotle, Taco John's, Del Taco all fast food options that have eclipsed and put to shame Taco Bell. The fact that some dumbass thinks calling corporate numbers does as much as voting with your wallet and not going doesnt know how shit works.
I ordered 72 of the Energy ones through Amazon. No ragerts.Mountain Dew Pitch Black is back in stock locally, so freaking good. I think it eclipses Baja Blast.
