So I went to Unos tonight, saw a meal called 'the whole hog' and I had to try it. Let me save you guys the trouble, don't try it.

Double burger, but one Patty is sausage. Also had bacon, prosciutto, pepperoni, garlic mayo, lettuce, onion, tomato. It came with an order of fries and rings.

It's a shit ton of food which was fine, but the burger was gross. First of all, the salt taste puckered my lips. Second, the way it was described I thought it would be two burger patties - the sausage Patty was dry and kind of gross. Third, the pepperoni was super overpowering. I almost finished it, but just got home to massive diarrhea.

1/10 never ordering again.

The reason I ordered it was because my wife's family ALWAYS wants to go there. I've had everything on that menu. Usually I'll split a pizza with my wife but she said she was getting something else. So I ordered that monstrosity because it was new and looked funny.

Then I saw my wife ordered a pizza...

I've gotta agree with him on boston chowders - manhattan style is tolerable though. Bisque is where it's at though.

Still not able to bring myself to finish the Korean BBQ - I'd agree they're like a mild version of the Honey BBQ overall though - seem like they'd be good with like twice the seasoning - but they're so super mild to me as is.

It's like when I went to visit my relatives in Pensacola Florida(that don't like seafood, also WTF) and I told them I wanted to go to a good seafood restaurant while I was there and they drove me to a Red Lobster. Had to find a decent place on my own.

Saying something like "I don't like seafood" is fucking absurd. You can't wipe out an entire genre of food like that. And your parents passing down their shitty tastes is not an excuse. I'm a much more adventurous eater than my parents. I don't think my dad has even tried sushi before. Picky eaters are the worst. It's why no one values your opinion on food. You just don't like it that much.

I'm 6'3" 225 pounds, I do love food. I've had plenty of seafood and liked basically none of it - exception being fish n chips. Therefore the ocean is wiped out from my pallette.

My brother has a friend that eats almost nothing but fast food, frozen pizzas, and fish sticks. He will pass up gourmet dinners for that shit. Whenever he's at a function with food, he'll get a plate and put a tiny portion of whatever it is on there and eat a bite or two and then an hour later you'll see him with a bag of fucking McDonald's.

Adults that eat like children fucking rustle me hard.

Seafood is hard to make right. So if you go to a typical, run of the mill restaurant and order seafood and that's your only exposure to it I can see just writing it off entirely. If you get seafood prepared correctly it's night and day comparatively. I used to hate seafood too because the only seafood I ever ate was my mother's terrible cooking, then I went to some higher end restaurants and ordered seafood dishes that were out of this world and now i love it.

My brother moskank is the same. Keeps it simple and I understand the disdain for it. I just love everything save too much rice in my burrito.

Just got back from eating $74 of dim sum with a buddy of mine. I don't like a lot of seafood but I at least tried some of their seafood items (some kind of shrimp pastries, etc)
