Fuck! I miss the Mediterranean pizzas so bad, what's crazy is if you get down in South Texas they still have them.

Been a long time since I've been able to eat Wendy's breakfast as none of the local Wendy's do it. Lo and behold, the fucking airport Wendy's does it. I was so excited. I quickly walked over to the line, which could mean only good things. I start to confirm the menu, and realize they don't have biscuits and gravy. Plenty of biscuits, but no gravy?!

They don't do gravy and I had to settle for 2 honey butter chicken biscuits. :(

I pretty much hate Applebee's but we went there today and I got some Nashville hot and spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. It was decently spicy with pickles on it. The best part was the chicken was super crispy and moist. The actual flavor was good, pretty much tabasco as advertised. Would've liked a little more tang to it.

I will 90% of the time choose Fridays over Applebees or Chilis. I actually like their all you can eat apps deal.

Yeah like I said, I don't really like Applebee's but that sandwich was really good at least. Because it was a "New" item I assume it'll be off the menu in a few weeks. It was definitely hotter than other sandwiches I've had, so the plebs won't enjoy it.

Unfortunately, my local Bee's is overran by Urbans :(

Yeah, I had them and they were pretty good. I am by no means a fried pickle connoisseur though. I've only had them a couple times.

I have yet to have a fried pickle slice impress me, I always prefer the spears. One place i went to had chunks, like trying to eat fried mushrooms they dont cut in half, no possible way not to scald your mouth. They had an amazing maple mustard seed sauce on them though.

Anything fried has one easy way of getting fucked up, nobody wants soggy fries, tenders, or fried pickles.

Ya, wife is a fried pickles fiend. They certainly vary. Many places they come out too lightly breaded and/or soggy or sit and not crisp and rigid with soft center.

It's these goddamn restaurants, beckoning at me with the sweet siren song of fried pickles and then dashing my hopes on the rocks like the sailors of yore. Fucking bullshit. I may just have to do it myself, since I do have a gigantor deep fryer now.
