I knew about Sriracha before the whole craze. When i lived in Houston this awesome Korean place had it on all their tables. This was like back in 1993 I think. The best thing that ever happened with this craze is it made it so I could actually buy it in my podunk Indiana town now.

I like greek yogurt. I like it better than normal yogurt at least. Although the only time I eat it is when I'm making a protein smoothie.

Greek Yogurt has a very "off" taste to me, I know I know supertaster, we get it. But on top of that, it has a really chalky texture to me.

As a joke at work we plastered a shingle to the wall with it and it stayed. We also accidentally spilled some on someone's jacket and the white stain never came out.

I can agree with this. For spiciness I much prefer a chili paste or good ol' Valentina. I'm also a sucker for buffalo sauce and find ways to incorporate it in everything. Next time you make a pizza, make your sauce 60% red sauce, 40% buffalo sauce. It's delicious.

Word on Srirracha - it really sounds like something I should like, I like hot sauce and I like garlic ALOT in both cases - but the combination of the two just doesn't do it for me. I like plenty of "Hot Sauces" with a smidge of garlic where it's a light note that I go crazy for, but where it's almost 50/50 like Sriracha it just doesn't do it for me.

(And I'm usually into all the trendy shit)

And was going to try the bacon crust pizza as part of the wife's birthday on Tuesday, but she vetoed pizza at all..... =(

Unfortunately it only makes sense on days we're heading to social stuff since there's no Little Caesar's until we're off the island - and I ain't driving 30 minutes then turning around driving home 30 minutes then eating.
