Ramen Jiro. Where do I start. After waiting 45 minutes, you are presented with a limited menu. Actually, it's all the same, but you can choose omori, big size,and more pork. Don't get anything but the base size and pork level. Seriously. Look at the customers inside. Most don't even finish. This is some brutal stuff.

How is it? It's soul crushing deliciousness. The noodles are thick thick thick. This means heavy. But the noodles aren't even the destructive past. The broth islike you took a ham and pureed it. Then simmered some pork bones in this puree for a couple days. Then maybe added just a dash of pork chops to the final product. I don't think it's kosher.

Don't plan any activities that require movement of your body after eating here. I went to the Ikebukuro Jiro, I would recommend going to the movie theater that is 50 meters away. Maybe take a taxi there. Or go sleep in the park which is just down the street.

Yep, definitely going here with ramp this weekend. I will be a man and get double roast pork.

God damn I hate when they put that much food in a little bowl/plate. Just look at those things! As soon as you start eating it shit is going to spill all over the table as bits of meat and veggies come tumbling down from the top of the heap.

That's a food that looks disgusting to me, but I'm 90% sure I'd love it. Looks like a fucking bunch of shredded iceberg lettuce on top of unseasoned pork ribs though. I'm sure it tastes way better though.

It's a bowl of noodles in broth topped with sliced pork, cabbage, beansprouts and garlic.

I eat way too much ramen to be healthy.

Ramen Adventures: ??? (Kikanbou in Kanda)is another of my favourites, and semi on topic since we're talking about hot sauce.

You choose the level of the two spices you want. the Kara on the left is the hotness from chili spice, and the shibi on the right is the lightning from chinese numbing pepper that will leave your mouth like it's been shocked.

Its just a Honey Mustard + BBQ mix - not sure if it's 50/50 or some other ratio though.

Finally bought a deep fryer two days ago... been breaking it in since... sweet Jesus how did I live with baked fries and such before at home.... (T-Fal 3L if anyone is going to ask specifics)

I give it two weeks before you're fed up with the cleanup and hassle associated with owning and using a deep fryer. I made it about a month before I stored it, never to be used again.

I used one back in the day living with my parents, I'm used to the maintenance. This is a far easier one to clean than theirs too. (Theirs was a simple Fry Daddy type - not a covered full basket style one like this)

I've also been pan frying at least weekly for years - which is far more of a pain in the ass.

I have one of those cube fryer gizmos but they are just too small if you're cooking for a group and I don't really deep fry stuff just for myself. Mostly do it in my wok these days.

Only complaint is the counter space. Counter space here is limited.

Whoever posted here that the Sriracha quesarito wasn't good is a filthy, lying whore. I had the chicken one tonight and it was the 2nd most delicious fast food item I've ever eaten (second only to the Jalapeno Double, which I could eat in great quantity with gusto). I got a Doritos Loco taco also, and immediately regretted not getting two sriracha quesaritos.

The Burger King near my house has been out of stock of Chicken Tenders for about 3 weeks now. I'm worried they're going to discontinue them at that makes me sad. I can't deal with the texture of a regular nugget
