I've been going to McDonald's after the gym for like 6 years now. Finally scientific credentials to back it up.
Also most of that supplement shit is garbage. Eat some goddamn turkey slices and pound some black coffee cut with water for same effect. Or just all around don't be a douche.

I can't do it man, over the years I've tried almost everything possible to eat pre-work out inevitably I end up getting nauseous and feeling extremely bad. No matter how bland, how tailored, 30 min before, 1 hr before, doesn't matter and pisses me off. My stomach is just super sensitive in the morning, but don't have the time late afternoon. Just moved on to eating nothing, but certainly love me some fast food breakfast afterwards.
On topic, was craving chicken tenders today and since we don't have a Caines or a Guthries, and the Zaxby's is 20 minutes out of town, went to Slim Chickens. Was my 2nd try after swearing not to go back after the 1st time and it was still one of the most unpleasant fast food experiences. Slow, rude, and missing stuff in the order. Would rate 3/10 mainly because the cayenne ranch is pretty good.

Pre work is mainly to give you energy anyway. Post work out is way more important.
