You need to immediately lose the Wannabe Rambo Persona. John Rambo could at least be considered the protagonist in that story. Rambo also only attacked those that attacked him, he didn't pick a fight with Asian Janitor at the Police HQ.

I think you should request a name change to Column-bine because you (just like Klebold and Harris) seem to go around and start fights with innocents to somehow right the wrongs of your own shitty life.

Back to that article. Everyone know the supplement industry is a giant sham by now. It is literally everywhere, that doesn't keep people from buying them thinking they are some miracle cure that will make them look like the next adonis.

Eating fast food all the time is not what that article was saying anyway.It's more of another way of saying supplements for the most part aren't that effective, and even eating fast food is just as effective. Basically click bait
It's not condoning mass consumption of fast food, and soda.

To move on from Column's usual shit posting.

My dad stopped by today @ lunch to give me some donut he got from a client, the damn thing was about 16" across, came in a box used for cakes. I was like wtf. Apparently some shop in town makes huge donuts. Probably going to have to eat it over the next 2-3 days, before the thing hardens.

About the size of his head in that picture. Luckily I won't have to eat the whole thing, my sister stopped by to borrow some blu-rays and I gave her half for niece and nephew. It was about 14-16" across, maybe 2-3" depth.

I'm 6'2 and 240 if you need proportions. The distance from my nipple to belly button is 12 inches. Not directly, just to the same height.
