Chorizo Bowl = pretty good, I give it a solid B+. It's not going to supplant my go-to steak as my main choice, but it's definitely in the running with Barbacoa for my 2nd favorite meat, and the occasional steak alternative.

They did a nice job of searing it and giving it a good hint of charred flavor. It could definitely be spicier(isn't hot at all). The flavor is pretty subtle and mild, I kind of regret getting the hot salsa, as it overwhelmed it a bit. Next time I'll probably stick to the fresh/mild salsa only so I can taste the Chorizo a little better.

The one plus of the Chorizo over steak is that since it is the consistency of hamburger, you can mix it up well and get some little pieces in every bite, its not like the steak where probably 2/3 of your bites don't have a piece of steak in them because of the size of the steak pieces.

Will definitely eat it again

Oh hell ya. Quesarito no rice + beans is the only way to do it!! Also recently had their Baja steak chalupas, and was asked if I wanted tomatoes or pico on them, and went with Pico. I didn't think Steak baja chalupas could get any better but they just out did themselves again.

You know if we're gonna make genetically modified animals...I've said for 20 years I would do a miniture longhorn. They have miniature horses so why not? Sell it to the thousands of people who went to UT and have a mini 2 acre ranch in the hill country and profit. Lots of doctors, lawyers, and indian chiefs with lots of money in that area.

Make it so that you have the option of buying a mini bevo at graduation. I don't give a shit about UT but money is money.
