I've been eating way too much McDonalds breakfast over the last couple months, and I've found they are SUPER dry if you get it on a bacon egg cheese biscuit. But you get the $1 sausage biscuit? Moist and fluffy like right out of the oven. Maybe higher turnover on the $1 sandwich, so they haven't been sitting there as long? that's all I can think of.
Yeah, 4 - 5 is nothing. I'm confident I could easily eat 15ish before feeling full, and if I really wanted to force it I could get to 20.
If cooked properly I am sure it is good. It is always fucked up, though. Hard bits in the sausage, off tasting sausage/cheese, underdone hash browns, one time there was a goddamn onion, like a slice of onion, on my sausage egg mcmuffin. Shit is bananas.
I consider myself a big guy at 6'6" , and I didn't get to 340lbs by eating healthy, and even to me, that sounds absolutely impossible, and disgusting.
The only thing I can compare to is when I tried to eat a crave case by myself.
I had to look this up, as I'd never heard of a Crave Case. It's 30 sliders? That doesn't sound very difficult. If there was a white castle near me I'd give it a shot.

I had blood work done in April and I had, to quote the doctor, "excellent cholesterol" and everything else was well within normal levels. I'm in perfect health.
