I'm not an attorney and I can't bring myself to Google "paid golden shower legal". However, I'm not sure how it could be illegal. There's no sexual contact and the act itself is only illegal if done in public (indecent exposure) or the other person isn't consenting (assault). You can pay someone to humiliate them, that's the entire basis of reality TV.

As a backup plan, I assume you plan to take pictures of her being pissed on while tagged with RR or holding up a Kegkilla sign or something. You could claim it's a porn shoot and make some extremely half-assed attempt to sell the photos if the shit hit the fan somehow.

Google for some low rent motels in the area and call beforehand so you know if they take cash.
