The Heroes Journey (Multiclass EQemu Progression Server)

BL/warrior/monk -weapon proc (bloodlust) build this is prob gonna be my next build. Rely on warrior CD and lifetaps for heals. And you know bloodlust from your pet cuck, well warrior gets one of those 2 but its little brother.

PAL/monk/BER or the more squishy CLR/MNK/BER- white dmg build...Great dmg, relies on CD for burns but has like 20 of them. Short CDs mid CDs and long CDs where he just goes off. Cleric is better dam but think of the cleric version as more of a glass cannon, while pally has more defense AC mitigation but lower deeps, both have quick heals but mana might be issue on LOOOOOONG fight on pally. Both can do all content. I have the pally version so I have a bias towards pally. 1H shield spec that makes his 1h hit like a 2h. Loses out on some of the ber dmg but makes up for it in auto attacks.

I dont like Ranger because all the good ranger CDs are 15 min. So you get 2 min of fucking DEEPS, then you gotta wait 15 while doing meh dmg. I really love the ranger playstyle too. I have my SK/RNG/BRD all geared wrong. He needs spell dmg to make those procs pop off but I outfitted hm with more of a white dmg setup when I was a noob. So im rectifying that right now. I use this as my farming character. Its really fun play style.

SK/ROG/SHM or WIZ... Shaman more survival, wiz more crit dmg and AOE. Great all around, does not rely on CD can do all content and is steady good dam with great sustain for days. If you build with dagger and the lego backstab seru aug this build can do sustained 10-12K DPS. Easy to play too. Not too many buttons to push, no burns, not too many CD. Stick him in front of some mobs and click attack. Maybe cast some dots, maybe a slow if getting hit too hard, if youre dying you have a few healing CD things with shaman. If really tough boss, stick a shield on for added miti. I have the shaman version. Oh, best skip in the game, cant forget that, rogues SoS.

Thats all I have experience with. I also have a rogue/monk/?? with full lucy gear waiting with like 2500AA but undecided on 3rd class and have not brought him out yet. Initial thought was shaman but now thinking SK and building like the above with more spell dmg and of course Hdex and Hagi. With pop gear this is now possible, with lucy and veli not so much. Maybe even druid for third?

I'm realizing this now. I made a ton of plat in sebilis and bought some overpowered PoP gear and it kind of ruined it for me. I realize my mnk/nec/ench probably isn't the best combo in the long run anyways now so I'm going to just start over as a pal/rog/brd and run it semi solo self found. Thinking for gear I'm going to only wear what I find on kills and any quests or ridiculous camp/quest type stuff I'll buy, maybe augments as well. But definitely saw a drop in fun once I had legendary PoP gear, it became too easy.

On my first character I picked some whacked out shit too. Cleric/bard/SK, I mean it wasnt really that bad but I got him to like lv30 and rerolled to SK/ROG/SHM once I searched the discord a bit. I knew I wanted to play SK I just didnt know what matched well with him.

Im definitely looking forward to SSF, but Im going to start that once they release it with all the rule set to keep me honest. I dont think I trust myself enough, lol. I would get to a spot that sucked and fold and buy some shit on the baz. But definitely looking forward to the slow roll, looking shit up, going there, doing the epics, etc... Most of the alts I have basically all took the same route all twinked out. Blackburrow, Unrest, CoM to 50 and then DN to 60 and 2K aa. The last two I did basically went from 1-50 in like 6-8 hours.

So yeah, I want to experience more of the world, more of the dungeons, unlock all the waypoints, do some quests...etc..
