As someone who's finished the game multiple times in the months after release, it's awesome coming back to the game. It already was a looker, but with the added benefit of 60 fps, and native resolution, plus all the little tweaks, it really is something else. Which is why I'm glad they added photomode. Yeah I think someone mentioned here that since they allowed the digital version to be downloaded for free via Playstation Plus, those gamers would be able to upgrade with free DLC. Which is what everyone with a physical copy is doing at Gamestop anyway, so I am guessing they are just holding off until physical media sales die down and they can double dip the digital crowd that were not impatient and didn't go out to buy a new digital copy or physical disc.

TLoU was never a PS+ free game. And even if it had been, they know who bought a game vs. who just got it from Plus (because the moment you let Plus run out you lose access to all your 'free' games until you re-sub) so it would be trivial to only offer the upgrade to people who actually paid for it. Sony considered it, and decided they'd rather double-dip than do the right thing.
Makes me glad I got the PS3 game from GameFly, because I will definitely want the remastered version when I get around to buying a PS4.

Has anyone had any luck playing the multiplayer? I never got beyond the matchmaking screen... I joined the firefly clan, so maybe that's the problem?

I have already noticed some weird graphical glitches. One was at the very beginning when you are riding in the car, it glitched for about 5 seconds where Joel was sitting half in the drivers seat and half in the middle, and tommy was completely outside of the car still in the seated position, like they were both shifted to the left.
The other one was when you first take control of Joel after seeing areas for the first time. For a couple of seconds Joel's animation stopped while walking down stairs and his model just glided and then dropped for each step.
Still a fun game, I went with Hard because I'm a pussy. I'll try the harder modes on NG+ when I have the shiv upgrades.

Serious note, do you guys prefer digital downloads now or the actual physical copy? I have always been a physical copy guy however in my older age all of my copies are in a moving box and not out anymore to show my manly status.
Does the PS4 run faster with digital downloads, Plus or Minus?

Same unless it's something I don't have confidence I want to keep forever - anything I think there's a good chance I'd want to trade in, I'll buy physical but otherwise all digital.
In some ways its just like Steam as well. You don't have all your games downloaded to your system at all times.
Although Live and PSN suck balls at sorting out your library. They really need to work on that.

PS4 really needs to list the games in a "Games" column vertically or some shit. It's pretty fucking annoying that nothing on the PS4 UI is sorted at all and you have to scroll through a million fucking installed and free games you have on top of the stupid shitty items that no one ever opens.
