Essentially they aren’t writing the character out, just not focusing on them at all. That is actually smart.
If things change, they can bring back the character

Seems they lowered the viewing age a tad, making it a bit more family friendly and more classic Star Wars.
I don't disagree with that tactic as things like Star Wars and Star Trek will probably live on as long as their is entertainment, even if there are bad decades.

That was a great episode. It just sucks knowing if they aimed it at an older, more mature audience (cause we're so mature here at FoH...) you could consistently get that episode quality.
If Thrawn makes an appearance, I'm much likelier to tune back in.
