Yeah, but he did that to himself. He had an interview with him personally saying he wasn't following the exercise regimen and meal plans that were given to him to get into shape for Batman. No one outed him.

he responded to what people were already saying. he didn't just come out and say it. first production was halted because he reportedly tested positive for covid. then a few weeks later, there were some reports saying the covid thing was a coverup for him not being in shape, then a few weeks later the director and the stunt man were like, dude's not in shape.

and nobody in the industry (read peple who wish to keep getting work) have gone on record saying filming on The Batman stopped because Pattinson looks like a methhead and doesnt match up with the stunt doubles even remotely. they're saying filming stopped due to the kungflu. there are a lot of rumors about people being difficult to work with. Brie Larsen , Bruce Willis and even Downey Jr all get shit on in rumors.
