Huh? The reason he was bad is all the people he killed culling timelines. The TVA was still killing a shitload of people every time they culled a branch.Kind of the problem when they first introduced the whole thing in that first season of Loki.
So Kang is the "villain" and he culled a bunch of the multiverse, right? It was already done, and with it we had...the world as we knew it. Which...also wasn't so bad?
So they started off with a concept basically that the villain didn't even do anything we should give a shit about.
when it was new, i'm sure it was welcomed and not often done, now that they reboot and resurrect the same characters every few years so there are tons of issue #1s with variant covers and its horrible writing. it probably isnt so welcome. They've been doing it since the 70s and 80s so don't act like it's some new thing.
There is literally a way for the X-Men to clone dead members in the comics right now. They are even making a "good guy" clone of Beast since he has turned evil over the last few years. They've been doing it since the 70s and 80s so don't act like it's some new thing.
They are on a gay island and it's a top seller right... right? There is literally a way for the X-Men to clone dead members in the comics right now. They are even making a "good guy" clone of Beast since he has turned evil over the last few years.
They took all the stakes out of these movies. It hurt to see Natasha sacrifice herself, but she wanted to protect her boys. But now they bring her back and it's all wrong. What about Florence Pugh? Is she supposed to just fuck off now?
You can't say these 2 things in the same sentence. Both fully incorporate each other's existence.Cris Evans, and non-woke bullshit.

It's not a contradiction it's acting. Rob Schneider and Kevin Sorbo suck ass at acting but I like them and their politicsI agree on that. His role as Captain America was spot on, but the actor himself is the opposite. It's a contradiction.
Ehhh...Florence Pugh is hilarious and genuinely fun to watch. Scarlet Johannsen is nothing but eye candy and she's well past her Hollywood sell-by date.Really, nobody gives a shit about Black Widow either way.

They should have done a one off villian that wasn't built to like Ultron, could have even been Kang.Part of the problem is they went straight in with Thanos as the big bad and after him you’ve got to go Celestials or Galactus to keep people engaged. That hike up in power negates most of the Iron Man and Cap level heroes.
After Thanos who gives the remotest fuck about Kang.
They also fail to really explain to non-comic readers why Kang is really powerful and an Avengers level villain. Yes it's common sense that time traveler who conquered all his multiverse variants to control everything is super powerful, but movie viewers need it spoonfed.Part of the issue with Kang is he didn’t get the same buildup as Thanos. We get a tiny glimpse in Loki and the dude is unassuming, then he shows up in a crappy Antman offering
Yeah, I said it when Kang showed up in Loki S1 with all the gravitas of Theo Huxtable. "This guy's supposed to be the next big bad?"Part of the issue with Kang is he didn’t get the same buildup as Thanos. Every time he started stuttering exposition in Loki s2 I wanted toss my computer out the window. Marvel thinks they're losing money now, wait til 2025 and they're still pushing this violent retard in more blockbusters. I refuse to believe they are keeping with this storyline. They will go full Galactus and Fantastic Four first.Yeah, I said it when Kang showed up in Loki S1 with all the gravitas of Theo Huxtable. "This guy's supposed to be the next big bad?"
People got all uppity about how "but this version isnt supposed to be intimidating!" (the version that defeated all the others. is not supposed to be intimidating. ok)
But thats not how you introduce a universe conquering villain, coming across as a know it all college kid.
In hindsight though we should have known theyd fuck Kang up as soon as we saw the casting. Kang is a white dude with a goatee, looks a lot like Robert Downey Jr. They cast this super ghetto lookin dude who would have looked at home in like Friday or something.
When they dont stick to the source material casting they never, never stick to the source material for anything else.
