Ever consider a Casino? I’ve been looking at some of the John Lennon reissuesOrdered an Epiphone ES 339Pro. I kind of like the idea of it being a little lighter, could use a little less weight while playing now. Never owned anything but several telecasters one after another. Something new anyway and only $400 to play around with.
Like these? Not suggesting buying from Thomann right now because shipping has doubled due to conoachan, but they have a great search tool for different configurations.Dumb question time. It's been difficult to search for any answers. I was thinking of getting a squire telecaster with 1 humbucker just for something different to try before I spend any real money on one. They have the Classic Vibe with single coil bridge and humbucker neck. But I guess last year they dropped the same appearing guitar Vintage Modified. It's impossible to find the difference in the two searching. Anyone know they're both available new.
I just noticed the epi 339 with p-90's is the deal of the day today. Tempting, but I think I'm over wanting a semi-hollow for now.
Pro-audio star has an Ibanez Artwood parlor guitar for half off right now. If it'd been a month ago I'd have gotten it right away. I really want a small parlor acoustic that I can leave beside my desk for no rational reason. Mostly to practice finger picking, but I can do that on my classical guitar.

I've been looking at PRS McCartys. Anyone have experience with them? What's the neck profile like? I hate round, thick necks. Haven't found much info online beyond this image and I don't know if these are all available with a McCarty. Definitely prefer the thin.
Depends on which McCarty you are looking at. Most are Pattern or Vintage Pattern. There is one in the S2 line with the Pattern Thin.(sound like this is more your style) Best bet is to get into a big store that will have all of'em to try. They don't build them to spec without going into the custom shop
