Its actually a good move. It takes a large fraction of the people inclined to believe conspiracy theories out of the equation. While the UFO enthusiasts are busy beating themselves off to the latest grainy camera artifacts, they arent digging into other shady operations by the government.
If UFOs had visited Earth there would be evidence. Laughing my ass off at what was presented when I mentioned the lack of evidence in my last post. If that nonsense is the best "evidence" the UFO enthusiast side has, how embarrassing for anyone on that side.
I spent a long time wanting to believe. There would be evidence by now.

yep. i mentioned before that i was a UFO believer for a long time. since whenever "In Search Of..." aired back in the 70s. i thought for sure Roswell was real and we were being lied to about the existence of UFOs (space aliens). that belief took many hits over the years, the most largest being the proliferation of camcorders and then later on cellphone cameras. we can get multiple views of a meteor hitting the earth in some russian shithole, but nothing at all in regards to UFOs ?
this was basically the nail in the coffin for me for all my fun conspiracy theories. i couldnt even enjoy Nessie and Bigfoot anymore. the Nessie people have been so embarrassed by lack of anything outside of a hoax video that to save face they declared Nessie dead with less evidence than they had to declare it ever existed at all.
the other big nail in the coffin are the hoaxers. the people who have to make up evidence to prove their shit is true, either for money, fame or just because they want to be believed and have others believe what they believe. the worst aspect of these grainy potato UFO videos are that they are so low effort. back in the day they would create some beautiful staged photos. now they just zoom a camera in on a far away streetlight and move the camera and then proclaim they caught a UFO on video.
