I'm certain Siberia has a ton more than this. Either they're attracted to areas that emit a lot of light, or there just aren't enough people in Siberia to have recurrent observations, or a number of countries just aren't supplying their data.

Assuming UFOs and their reports are real, and not faker and gayer than UFOler -- then this would seem to indicate a form of survivorship bias.

That's what I thought as well, but it's still moving around during the "paused" part. When it zooms in you can see it actually kind of moving erratically for a few seconds and it does a small loop upward and back the way it came before the hover finishes. It might have changed directions and moved toward the foreground before it resumed going in the original direction, hard to say. Either way it doesn't behave at all like a meteor or a satellite.

As you all remember, I had an encounter about a month ago and have been watching the skies diligently since.

I had another encounter a couple of days ago and completely forgot about it they tried to wipe it from my memory, but I was able to clear my Thetans and recover it.

Classic triangle shape.
