That's CGI being used by a well known grift account from the troll farm faction of the ufo community. Have him blocked, and will be doing the same with the truthpole account eventually. Sifting through their own CGI posting bullshit while they grow their audience while finding the legit civilian vids he's been reposting has been a chore.
