Half of the Anime movies come out in our local Regal (we only have one on this island). The other big theater chain is a group called Consolidated Theaters. They're a Hawaii exclusive, with multiple locations. The "main" one in town has screens that easily dwarf an IMAX screen. They call them "Titan" (recently Titan Luxe because full recliner seats). Screen is easily 150 feet wide. It's fucking huge, and the sound is intense.
The only down side to that one is they only have active 3D (requires batteries in the glasses), as opposed to IMAX's better, Passive 3D. Oh well.
