X-ray vision. There are several different versions of this, so to be clear it's NOT the one where I can see people's bone structure, but the one where I can see them nekked (hello titty!) and see the reverse side of cards.
I'd make my living playing poker and other card games, though I'd do it discretely so as not to draw attention to myself, then I'd look up the hot chicks at the casinos after playing.
It would be a simple life, but pleasurable.

From dream since middle school:
1.) Advanced Telepathy: I would be able to access the mind-stream of every person on Earth (range beyond that undetermined), without becoming data overwhelmed. From here, I can backtrack through their mental channels and see all that they've done previously. As part of the capacity, I can reasonably plot out based on their stats what they're going to do next. I can see intent. Through the capacity, it is comparable to intuition, comparable to Spidey-Sense. The connection to others allows me to locate any person, access the knowledge of any person - speak any person's language or dialect, coordinate my motor skills as if borrowing the controls of any person, and know of the interactions between any two people at any given time.
2.) Dimensional Plane Shift Mastery: Ability to shift from one dimension of reality to other without side effects. Ability to overlay multiple dimensions and control self within each simultaneously. Access to personal plane - blank verse, where I can create anything as if a god. I can then take those items to another plane. This includes time. Theoretically, one would have unlimited resources because they would be able to take from unlimited planes. Convert everything to white so that only you exist; search for anything; have only it appear with you in the white verse; traverse the distance to it instantly. The chosen item is aware of this shift only at your desire. You may manipulate the chosen item in this plane without affecting in other dimensions, or you can. You can remove items and shift them to another, say detention plane. You can spend as much time in these planes without aging; you can control moods and appetites; you can spend days and years without aging at the same time as less than a second in your primal plane. - I would be a behind the stage character for government, facilitating their actions. They would have unlimited time and not need to eat or sleep or grow grumpy.
3.) Advanced Secret Lab: fully staffed.

Batman is also a billionaire so has access to stuff that enables him to be able to beat people. Just being a normal guy with no funds or access to stuff wouldn't do shit.

It's not about the speed, it's about the ability to redirect anything. Punched in the face? Redirect the force back on the guy so they punch their own face. Explosions, bullets - he can set it to auto-mode so even if you don't have reaction time, it still gets deflected.
Touch something and move it however you want. Tap your foot once and fly. It may not be the most powerful but it's up there and its an extremely interesting concept compared to something like "super strength"

Abstract powers are definitely pretty sweet.
Shaman of the Earth, King of Cities, Teller of Stories, etc.
Speedforce is abstract itself, Hence, the why pick anything else. Its basically a benevolent Tzeentchx1000.
