LOL. So he was carrying KFC and not Skittles?Sometimes stereotypes exist for a reason.
so more googling, why does everyone keep saying iced tea when he had bought a watermelon drink?
hope it doesn't work like this.
I think they are getting charged with one.How is that not aggravated assault?
If Zimmerman didn't actually pursue him down the path I don't understand why he'd even be prosecuted beyond... OMG Angry people... theres gotta be something the public hasn't been told. If not this is a gigantic waste of tax dollars. This link has a really good layout of what happened, where. It lines up fairly closely with the image I re-posted from Hodj's previous post. Unfortunately, BoldW's summary of events sounds like it's pretty much what happened.

But the ratings are through the roof. All News Stations are now CourtTV. 24/7. It's gonna be awesome.this is a gigantic waste of tax dollars.
What I think is irrelevant. I don't see the evidence to convict. That being said, it's still a crapshoot. Yay Justice!Does anyone think that he is guilty of 2nd degree murder?
Do you think he will be convicted?
I just don't see how they can convict him it at all.
yeah, kinda like that chick that killed her babyI just don't see how they can convict him it at all.
The problem is the "IF" lots of stuff does seem to imply that, but "IF" is a good enough reason to land in court in some cases - but with most "IF" cases without witnesses it defaults to the defendant from what I've seen.If Zimmerman didn't actually pursue him down the path I don't understand why he'd even be prosecuted beyond... Pretty much why I'm hoping theres more to this. The prosecution will be pursuing a case without eye witnesses and no real motive beyond "OMG racist".The problem is the "IF" lots of stuff does seem to imply that, but "IF" is a good enough reason to land in court in some cases - but with most "IF" cases without witnesses it defaults to the defendant from what I've seen.
