Arizona Iced Tea is like the brand name. So saying Iced Tea when buying Arizona Iced Tea, regardless of flavor, would still be acceptable. Bear Down!

Poor taste I admit, but I chuckled.

Agree though, Arizona "tea" spans many flavors. I've seen grape, watermelon, something that had an orange can, tea, diet tea, green tea, lime, the lemonaid/tea combo...etc. Still considered "tea".

If Zimmerman didn't actually pursue him down the path I don't understand why he'd even be prosecuted beyond... OMG Angry people... theres gotta be something the public hasn't been told. If not this is a gigantic waste of tax dollars.

What I think is irrelevant. I don't see the evidence to convict. That being said, it's still a crapshoot. Yay Justice!

The problem is the "IF" lots of stuff does seem to imply that, but "IF" is a good enough reason to land in court in some cases - but with most "IF" cases without witnesses it defaults to the defendant from what I've seen.

Pretty much why I'm hoping theres more to this. The prosecution will be pursuing a case without eye witnesses and no real motive beyond "OMG racist".
