Can't read Nederlander, but this is what they said in comments: Dutch dude was trying to steal a bottle of alcohol; which somehow turns into him holding the neck of a broken bottle to use as a shank. Then he meets the security guard (?), Bullet Tooth Tony here, as he is walking out:
