Ica Maxi is a grocery store. Ica is the chain of stores and then they have different size stores around the country. Maxi is the largest one i think, Supermarket is mid size. Stupid naming schemes I guess.

Cop definitely looked and sounded like he was there to harass them instead of just doing what he was forced to do due to the neighbor complaining. Glad that guy put him in his place and posted the video to show everyone how cool he is for fighting the power. Honestly surprised he didn't get shot 17 times.
