I like the guy in the back wearing a "Stay Hungry and Hustle Hard" shirt while asking for handouts because he's black. Oh, the irony.

I'm black and I found those videos a bit annoying. I get what he's trying to say but he's doing it wrong. Put on a suit, stop with the "black power" message and start with a message of a successful professional.
