It is unbelievable to me that when I take my daughter (not old enough for the measles vaccine yet) to the grocery store and I see some kid running around with Mickey Mouse ears on I have to actually be legitimately concerned about them having possibly brought a previously virtually eradicated disease back with them from their recent Disneyland trip and infecting my kid.
