Salvia divinorum: is a psychoactive plant which can induce dissociative effects and is a potent producer of "visions" and other hallucinatory experiences.
Thought it reminded me of something. Heres the first video they did a few years back.
Ah Thanks Ben, salvia I know. Read somewhere that it was a synthetic drug and it looks like crap too in the video.

I live a few minutes from where that was filmed.
The out of state cops are always dicks driving either double the speed limit, or half the speed limit. I am not surprised.
