Born 1810 during the Napoleonic era, and a year before the Holy Roman Empire was dissolved in 1806.
On Pope Leo's fifth birthday the Duke of Wellington was victorious in the Battle of Mont Saint-Jean, or as it's more commonly known as " The battle of Waterloo".
