From having watched a few of these, it looks like they are doing this NPC idle animation and then reacting to the stickers that come up with some predetermined reaction as many times as the sticker is sent.
Wonder if the stickers are paid.

They all have the same "read a script for this line" cadence. and they appear to be reacting to either the chat or the donation requests. Makes me think it's some pretend to be a robot thing. I still don't get why but w/e man.
