Fucking irresponsible asshole. He is worse than a bunch of hood rats shooting up in the air for holiday celebrations, as at least there is a reasonable chance that those rounds are only falling back to earth at terminal velocity. This guy, on the other hand, is launching a projectile downrange with no idea of what or who is down there.
