Carol casually just happens to show up when zombies are 3 feet from the kids and crazy girl is about to kill the baby is about as bad as it gets. I like to nitpick the show, but these are pretty bad nitpicks. The guy got bit on the neck and did you miss the part where Carol explained she returned to the prison after Rick banished her just in time to see the end of the mayhem, spotted tyrese and the girls running into the woods, and went after them, but lost them. Seems reasonable that she would find them shortly after shots were fired. That all happened within hours of the prison showdown so she wouldn't have been more than a few hundred meters from them.

After the mid-season finale my wife thought Michonne had Judith and I was trying to convince Tyrese did because I saw the gif of him running carrying something in his arms when the catwalk gets blown up. We just had the tv on in the background while that part came up during the marathon the other day so I pointed it out to her and I also noticed at that time someone was running through the catwalk at the time it was hit. Pretty neat it turned out to be Glen.

The dude telling them exactly where to go (feels like a WoW quest ... did it come complete with mini-map markers?) just had the side of his neck ripped out and blood was pouring everywhere. He would have gone into at least shock but with the blood loss probably just died right away. Instead he was holding a conversation very calmly.

I hate the showrunners. There was no good reason to save Judith. The anarchy during the last prison scene was a perfect place to end that shit correctly, just like the comic did. These fucking guys are their own worst enemies.

I find that I actually like the series now. I turn it on when I'm playing something on my computer and the divided attention actually makes the show slightly enjoyable.

That twin holster 'army' babe was pretty hot I thought.

But yeah if I had met those 3 people and they said the story about: we're army and escorting this expert to D.C. so that we can save the world. I wouldn't believe it for a second.

Also how blatantly setup is the "Safe place for all!" just a short distance up the train-line.

Don't get me wrong though, still enjoying the show.

Anyone else notice that the guy in the bathroom (that Rick strangles) was basically sitting on the toilet with the seat down, pants up and basically not doing anything before Rick goes in there? Not to mention how no one heard jack shit while the two were struggling in there.

Those marauder/bandit guys were pretty oblivious, though. Part of me wonders if they will turn out to be Negan minions.

The inconsistencies in this show just infuriate me at times. How is it that Rick stangles a dude in the bathroom who then turnes into a zombie(presumably) and gives him a distraction to escape the property just minutes later, yet the dead guy at the end of the bed who got strangled just stayed dead.

I was waiting for the main problem in the bedroom to be that the dead dude on the floor turns into a zombie and sees Rick under the bed, while the guy above sleeps away. And who the HELL goes to sleep in a room where they just killed a guy, knowing full well that he's going to come back to life as a zombie.

Just goddamned terrible all around. I said this in the True Detective thread, but I enjoy watching Walking Dead before True Detective on Sundays, because it makes True Detective seem just that much more brilliant after this writing shitfest.
