On the other hand it is nice to see them combine the Gabriel hunters from comics into Terminus leftovers. That saves a useless double arc which shows improved writing this season.
Also noticed actors now comfortable in the roles and acting better and filming is better too.

Everyone already has the virus, it just needs some sort of combo with body fluids which would have been I assume cooked out.
That said, spoilers below relating to comic arc compared to show arc.

In the comics Gabriel takes place right after the prison, at the same time the group was stalked by a group called "The Hunters". The tv show made this arc the survivors from Terminus which was already human meat lovers.
The Hunters took Dale and ate his leg. Dale being long dead its BoB. Rick and the group find the Hunters and kill them in the comics but Dale dies due to his injuries.
TV show Rick has already stated kill em all, so he will find them and kill them but Bob is most likely history if they follow that arc.
Gabriel watches Rick kills the hunters and is horrified at his blood rage, much like we saw with the teach em good guys last year I assume Rick is going to go all fucked up Rambo on them.
Gabriel joins the group for awhile until the next safe zone.
Gabriel's sins include letting people die to walkers by not taking people in and a spin of he knew of Terminus. This is a guess but I am thinking the Church was a firework launch point and they provided him with meat in return for directing people to it. Once the meat stopped after Terminus fell, Gabriel went out foraging for food and that is how Rick happened upon him.
Beth was probably taken by a group in the comics known as " The Saviors ". I'm sure we'll see some of her this season due to the teaser but I am not convinced that the whole thing will play out this year and maybe even in season 5. Saviors is actually pretty near the TWD comics timeline as in the last year of it. Depending on how fast they go with the arc this year we may see the TV show catch up or surpass the comics in season 6.

Ya, Bob=Dale in the show for this. It also means he was in fact bitten (which they heavily hinted at since he was acting all odd at the end before he got captured). Dale was also bitten when the Hunters captured him.

I think making it look like he was bit was a distraction from people who knew the comics. I am not convinced he was even though they showed how he could have been and the fact it played no role in the comics other than freaking them out due to them all dying before it was made clear what effect if any it had.
I counted 6 people at the fire, 1 was hard to see and you could only see a shadow of another walking up. I am curious of the hidden one and the one in the shadow. I'm not sure who it would be but it seemed deliberately filmed that way but subtle at the same time.

Edit- going back and reading some more, I am doubting what I said about Beth. It's possible Beth is Holly from the comics and while not Rick's GF , the person stalking the group now is not the hunters or Morgan but maybe Allen from the comics who recruits them into the next safe zone alexandria.
Here is what it says about Episode 4 on Nov 2nd-Beth finds herself in a hospital in the middle of Atlanta after being kidnapped by a group of mysterious police officers.
The issue with that new theory is Alexandria is no where near Atlanta. Also they built that church for the show so I'm thinking we are stuck here at least a half season.
In the comics not much happens between this point of the hunters and to when they get involved near DC.

To the last part of your spoiler: They might be stretching things out to make sure they don't face into the same problems GoT has done with running out of new material.

Ya if you watch Talking Dead after Chad ( Tyrese ) even said he thought he had taken care of of business and was shocked he had lived. I guess none of them ever did go back in the cabin again so dude woke up with a bad headache and sad fuck this, gonna eat me some black man.

They hire new writers this season or something? When did the show decide to go from total shit to totally good?
The virus only becomes active once people die. It has nothing to do with mixing of fluids (zombie bites kill because it causes infections).
