I'm about 8 miles away from the Willow Grove exit on the Turnpike. About 5 from the Lansdale exit on the Blue Route (North/East Extension). As far as Asian stuff, there's an Asai supermarket all of 10 minutes away. It's a start. But I love going into the city to Cheu Noodle Bar. Their ramen is out of control.
