Time to bail on Adblock?

Instead of fixing it because more people block ads, they make ads more annoying and louder and pay off content providers. Someone needs to break the cycle.
Google has Contributor, but that isn't going to be a solution. Some of the adblockers have tried to get a summit with big advertisers together, which they are refusing so far. In the meantime, more and more stories of ads serving up malware because these motherfuckers are using scripting to link to 3rd, 4th, and 5th party content.

I am not sure how it is going to pan out, probably with legislation unfortunately.

It would be very simple legislation at least if done right. Make sites liable for damages their ads cause. Bam. Now noone will allow ads that use javascript and shit like that.
