If it wasn't Bay I'd be getting interested in this right about now...

I am a bit surprised people seem to be liking that massive uncanny valley.

He's just a producer.

Uncanny valley barely exists anymore unless it's so extremely bad that it pops out at you.

It just took the time from the Final Fantasy movie till now for people to be desensitized to seeing life like humans in complete CGI.
Obviously the tech of compositing, and roto work have also advanced allot further to help.

And I'm back to not caring about this film.

Is it just me or do their faces look really weird?

The eyes are what jump out at me. Something really off with them.

So Donatello is gonna be a full on hipster alien turtle. Ok

his glasses are broken, and taped back together. thats how you know he is a nerd. (probably has a pocket protector too)

There's nothing wrong with the turtles' looks. They look more like turtles.
