This IS a community. Whether or not this movie has a desync issue at the 1 hour mark is not a community. I don't need to have a community to know that the keygen included in this will give a false positive on antivirus.

I need good seeders and prompt uploads.

KAT didn't have good seeders and prompt uploads. It had good leechers. When you don't have to maintain any ratio or aren't beholden to the other users at all people don't give back.

I have a dozen people at work today that were complaining about KAT being down. I offered every one of them a private tracker invite and every single one of them said "no, I don't want to have to seed ever, I just download and delete it from my tracker immediately".

That is your "community".

There was barely any difference between my IPT downloads and what KAT offered. In fact, For over a year now I barely used private trackers anymore It's not even worth it to save a couple of seconds...

The private trackers aren't even close to the amount of content in one spot, and the amazing search engine that KAT had...
I now have to search 4 different private sites to get what I had at KAT

I've never done any comparison, so I could be totally wrong, but I kind of doubt that KAT had that much more content than IPT. IPT is pretty damn huge? And when it comes to movies, the information about audio sync, and any other anomalies are actually pretty useful. I've passed on quite a few releases because it was "ok" but wasn't exactly what I wanted. To each their own though, and it sucks that another player in the game went down, regardless if you liked them or not.

I don't know what happened in the last month or so, but I can't get shit for ratio with Deluge all of the sudden. I have Sonarr setup and I use IPT. With my TV shows I used to be able to get a 4-5 ratio with little to no problem. Now, I am lucky to get a .5 ratio after 24 hours, and getting a 1:1 after 2 full weeks almost never happens.

I have looked around for different "optimal" settings for Deluge, and tried using those, and it didn't seem to change anything. Does anyone have a guide or something they have, or used, to get their Deluge setup and running well?

This happened to me the instant I switched from my Internet from 30 up to like 10. I changed tiers to save money and ever since it's been pretty hard. I can still get ok ratio if it's brand new and popular, but I can't help but think others are getting a lot more.

The struggle is real!

Does anyone have an issue with Sonarr pulling down multiple files of the same show? For example, it downloaded Suits as expected on Wednesday, then it added another copy of Suits on Saturday. No idea why. It doesn't always do it, but once in a while it grabs multiple copies of the same show.

I've searched around a bit for an answer, but nothing I found seems to have a good answer to it.

The most likely reason is because a Proper was released. For those that don't know what a Proper is, it is specifically fixing something in the original torrent. Like if the audio goes out of sync at some point, or something is chopped off, etc. It can't just be a better version, it has to be a fix. Sonarr is, by default I believe, configured to download those Propers and replace the original file with them. You can turn it off if you don't want them.

If it isn't that, and you haven't messed with quality preferences, then I have no idea. You could set up the quality so it always upgrades if you chose, like if you say a 720p HDTV download is ok to watch, but you want a 1080p Bluray copy as the final version, it will upgrade when that becomes available. But you'd have to have set that up specifically, and I'm assuming that isn't the case because you'd already know what that is if you did.

So it is more than likely the Propers.

Hmm, I can check on the Proper and see if that is it. However, I sure didn't notice any issues with any of the shows that were downloaded the first time. I should also note that sometimes it happens on the same night. So a show will download as expected, and then an hour or so later another copy of it will begin to download.

For my TV shows I only have 1 setting for quality, so there shouldn't be any confusion within Sonarr as to what it is looking for.
